It’s going to be so HOT this week! That’s why we thought this would be a great share for our friends & neighbors who don’t want to turn on that oven or stand over the stove. Check out this 20-Minute No-Cook Family Meal Idea that we found on EatingWell.com that has a few other ideas for easy-to-make-no-cook meals. Ingredients

1 cup cubed melon of your choice

6 thin slices of prosciutto or other deli meats, cut in half

10 small fresh mozzarella balls

½ cup cherry tomato halves

6 (1/4 inch thick) slices whole-wheat baguette

½ cup unsalted nuts of your choosing

4 chocolate-dipped strawberries (see Tip)

Directions

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy… Divide items equally among 2 plates.
