Paying rent is simple with California Leasing & Management!
Checks should be mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the address you are paying rent for in the memo section on your check.

For security reasons, we do not accept cash at our office, but we have a solution. Tenants are now able to print out a handy form from their Tenant Portal and take the form to any 7-11 location and pay their rent there. Please note fees may apply to cash payments.
A Note About Paying Rent:
All rent is due on the first, even if the first is a weekend or holiday. Please make sure your rent is received by the first in order to avoid late fees.
